Summary
P³ Delivery is seeking a Civilian Resource Support Specialist to provide administrative, analytical, personnel tracking, records management, and coordination support to the U.S. Coast Guard Operational Logistics Command. The successful candidate will support civilian workforce performance management, recruitment and hiring activities, personnel data management, records organization, reporting, and communications
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, analytical, personnel tracking, and coordination support.
- Coordinate civilian workforce meetings, training sessions, and other events.
- Develop and distribute workforce communications and status updates.
- Maintain electronic files, workforce records, SharePoint content, and collaborative resources.
- Monitor performance management activities and compliance deadlines.
- Track recruitment actions, hiring activities, billet updates, and other personnel actions.
- Maintain workforce trackers, dashboards, reports, and related documentation.
- Compile and organize workforce data to support leadership reporting.
- Draft correspondence, reports, briefings, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other administrative materials.
- Respond to routine workforce inquiries and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, status updates, and other required deliverables.
- Protect sensitive information and comply with applicable privacy, cybersecurity, security, and records management requirements.
- Escalate policy, employee relations, labor relations, funding, and other decision-based matters to the appropriate Government official.
- Refrain from performing inherently governmental functions, including making final personnel decisions, approving official personnel actions, evaluating federal employees, or obligating Government funds.
- Minimum of three years of experience in business administration, human resources support, program analysis, or related administrative support functions. A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed personnel and multiple levels of leadership.
- Ability to successfully complete a Tier 1 background investigation and obtain required Government credentials and system access

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. Overtime and extended hours are not expected.

The position is primarily onsite. After 90 calendar days of satisfactory performance, telework may be requested and may be approved for up to two days per week based on mission requirements and Government approval.
Position contingent upon contract award. Expected start date: 9/30/26
